Use these project pages to frame the conversation
Each project direction describes a business need, a planning approach and possible outputs. Use the examples to identify which parts resemble your environment and which requirements are different. They are starting points for scope discussions, not fixed packages with assumed timelines or results.
Connect the project to the people involved
A project can depend on business owners, application administrators, outside vendors and the people who will use the new arrangement. Identifying those parties early makes it easier to resolve approvals, gather information and plan review points.
Define completion before starting
Agree what will be delivered, how it will be checked and who can approve the result. Record assumptions and exclusions alongside the work itself. This gives both sides a shared reference when new requirements emerge or a dependency changes.
Let’s get the right
conversation started.
Bring the challenge. We’ll start with the questions that matter.
