Office network & Wi-Fi
A workplace designed to stay connected.

What needs
to work better?
A new or expanding office needs more than a router. Coverage, cabling, device access and shared resources have to work together.
The starting point is your environment: the systems already in use, the people who depend on them and the constraints that shape the work.
A project with a clear sequence.
Discover & assess
Review floor plans, user locations, connected equipment and application requirements.
Design & organize
Develop a network layout, wireless coverage plan and equipment schedule.
Validate & hand over
Define acceptance checks for coverage, connectivity and access before handover.
Make the plan
something you can use.

Installation and validation checklist
Final scope and deliverables are agreed for the specific environment. These pages describe project approaches rather than named client engagements.

Prepare for discovery
Before a layout is approved, gather floor plans, likely desk locations, shared devices and information about the internet connection. Record any areas with unusual construction, changing occupancy or applications that depend on a consistent connection. These details shape the requirements and expose assumptions that need a site review.
Agree how the work will be reviewed
Validation should cover the areas and workflows agreed in the design. Check access to business applications, shared devices and guest services where included. Record any coverage or connectivity exceptions, with an owner and a proposed resolution.
Make the handover useful
The handover should connect the physical installation to the records: equipment inventory, connection labels, a network diagram and responsibility for administration. Vendor lead times, building access and cabling work may require separate coordination.
