Employee access lifecycle
A clearer process from first day to last day.

What needs
to work better?
Access changes as people join, move roles or leave. A repeatable workflow makes approvals and account ownership easier to understand and review.
The starting point is your environment: the systems already in use, the people who depend on them and the constraints that shape the work.
A project with a clear sequence.
Discover & assess
Inventory account systems and the people responsible for approval.
Design & organize
Define role-based access requests and joining, moving and leaving steps.
Validate & hand over
Create review checkpoints and exception records.
Make the plan
something you can use.

Final scope and deliverables are agreed for the specific environment. These pages describe project approaches rather than named client engagements.

Prepare for discovery
Gather the account systems in use, current role types, approval responsibilities and the way staff changes are communicated. Identify shared accounts and administrator access separately so that ownership can be reviewed.
Agree how the work will be reviewed
Walk through representative joining, role-change and leaving scenarios. Check that each step has an owner and that completion can be confirmed. A useful process also explains how urgent requests and exceptions are approved and recorded.
Make the handover useful
Deliver the workflow, approval matrix, review template and a list of open decisions. Platform-specific configuration, identity integration and account remediation should be scoped separately where required.
