Before we talk.

Helpful details for starting a conversation.

Where is Irongate based?

Irongate IT Consulting, LLC is based in Fort Myers, Florida. Contact us to discuss your location and engagement requirements.

How do I start a conversation?

Call (850) 987-9507 or email info@irongateitconsultingfl.com. Share a brief description of your business, the challenge and your preferred way to connect.

What will a project cost?

Pricing is not published as a standard package. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities and commercial terms must be agreed before work begins.

Are the project pages client case studies?

The project pages describe common IT project scopes and planning considerations. They do not identify client engagements or claim measured client results.

Can I request urgent support?

Please call to ask about availability. This website does not provide an emergency support channel or guarantee response times.

What should I include in my inquiry?

Include your contact details, a short description of the need and any important timing. Do not send passwords, account secrets or sensitive business records.

Can a project cover more than one service area?

Yes, a business requirement may involve several areas, such as a workplace migration and an access-process review. The scope should explain how the work connects, which outputs are included and who is responsible for each dependency. Combining topics does not remove the need to define boundaries and commercial terms.

Do I need a complete inventory before contacting you?

No. Existing records are helpful, but an incomplete picture can itself be part of the problem to discuss. Share what you know, identify the gaps and avoid sending sensitive account details in the initial inquiry. Discovery requirements can be agreed after the first conversation.

How are changes to a project handled?

New requirements should be compared with the agreed scope before additional work proceeds. A change can affect deliverables, timing, responsibilities or fees. The applicable engagement agreement should describe how those changes are reviewed and approved.

Does an inquiry include purchasing or ongoing support?

No. A website inquiry does not authorize product purchases, establish vendor agreements or create an ongoing support commitment. Those items must be specifically discussed and agreed. Any response-time or service-level commitment belongs in the relevant service agreement.

Are security planning and compliance certification the same?

No. A planning discussion can identify questions, responsibilities and priorities. A formal audit, technical security test or compliance certification has its own scope and requirements. Do not treat general website content or a planning deliverable as proof of compliance.

Can we share confidential project information?

Begin with a non-sensitive summary. If the engagement requires confidential records, agree how they will be shared and handled before providing them. Never send passwords or recovery codes through the website form.
